Muy contento con la compra. Bloquea todo tipo de distracciones y contenido para adultos. Además, si por casualidad encuentras alguna página o app bloqueable que el sistema no detecta le escribes al equipo de soporte por correo y encantados la bloquean ellos manualmente. Este último punto, que sabía por antelación por una entrada en un foro, fue el que me hizo decantarme finalmente.

Has been the best started phone for our teenager. Simple and easy to set up. Simple communication calls, messaging but cant send on photos and videos. I had done some much research and delighted with my choice.

Very happy with the phone and also the customer support. As a parent it is so important to know that your child is protected from the list of harms possible on the current online environment. My 14 year old son loves the phone. Thanks so much for an amazing product.

It's been tough to step away from a"normal phone" but overall i have found that I'm more productive, i have more energy and all those jobs I've been wanting to do and put off, I'm now actually doing. My procrastination is much better and i generally feel better. The S25 is an excellent phone choice as well.

Best thing I have bought for my boys. Allows them to have the apps they need and contacts their friends on Whats App, but with no access to social media. Cannot rate this enough. Customer service is amazing too.

I personally have gone from a Punkt MP02, to Light phone 2, to Mudita Kompakt. i now sit with a i phone 12 mini, due to the prior options not quite covering all I need.
Balance phone will provide that Balance for me.
So I’m saving up for the adult version.
But my kids minds come first.

I have been using the Balance Phone for just over two weeks now. When I was browsing and discovered a website that I felt should have been on the blocklist, the customer service team were quick to respond and add it to the block list.

I also contacted them about the idea of having a personalised blocklist, and they said that they would feed this back to their product team.

It was great to know that The Balance Phone actively listens to it's customers. I would definitely recommend the product.

The customer service team have been excellent and responded to any queries I have had very quickly and efficently.

My life is more peaceful. The most fun app on the phone is the calendar, so finally im keeping track of my days. Something i needed.

The customer service, when I was deliberating and asking lots of questions, is what pushed me over the line.

I did think of just giving my son an old phone of mine with google controls but I have chosen balance phone because of the whole experience. I feel that he will be safe and we will be supported should any questions arise.

Buying the Balance Phone is 100% the best decision I have ever made.
​Before I switched, social media hijacked my life. On my old iPhone 17, apps like TikTok and Telegram completely trapped me into infinite scrolling, and I lost 4 months of my life to them. My screen time used to be 8 to 13 hours a day, and I was just not happy living like that.
​Since switching to the Balance Phone, my screen time went down to just 1 to 3 hours a day. I took my life back. Whether you are a normal person looking for a break or someone with a diagnosis like me (I have ADHD with autistic traits), this phone is 100% worth switching to.
​Going distraction-free completely changed my life, and I am never going back to a normal smartphone again.

I truly love the balance phone so far. The only time I bumped on the restrictions is when I want to watch instruction videos posted on youtube. Now I use AI for all instructions. Perfect! Also it's a trade-off, the restrictions gave me so much time back to actually live life in reality. The quick access apps could be a bit more, or even a second screen but looking up apps is super quick very and goal oriented. Exactly what I expect from my phone as a tool that works for me and does what I want from it.

Can't live without. Has been a major part of my recover from my mental health, my problems have disappeared.

Initially I was mega pleased with the phone, and I must say I still am, this isnt a critical review, its a human one.

I was additcted to certain apps I wont name - but one of which is a tool used into construction for shaping stone - i'll leave that to your imagination.

The operating system gives you a window, a gap to pause, think, breathe and consider - but really consider - do I want to do this (action)

It blocks most addictive things, but at the time I am typing this with my fingers - there is a way to bypass some apps - I wont say how in case you are the same addiction healing journey as myself.

I have advised the Balance OS team detail of the bypass and I praying the small gap is closed slightly in the window

I got my balance phone roughly 3 weeks ago.

Setting it up was super easy. The balance os downloaded automatically.

After getting this phone i started keeping my laptop at my sisters, so that for the first time in 12 years i do not have social media.

It feels nice not to have to use willpower to not use social media. To me it feels like not buying snacks at the store when you wanna stop eating them at home. I do not have to worry about social media consumption anymore.

Life is starting to feel like how it felt before getting phones tablets and laptops.

Also i am extremely happy with the customer support. I contacted them twice and got an in depth answer in less than 12 hours.

So good! I don’t know why more people haven’t heard of it. I tell everyone I meet!

Balance OS really changed everything for me, from hours on end doomscrolling through shorts to picking up my phone hundreds of times a day just scrolling through the apps menu out of boredom.
I switched to Balance from iPhone and it took a bit of adjustment but I now have "I" and also a phone! Thank you Balance for giving me my life back!
I'd love to see Balance for MacOS and Windows too 🙏

After a few second thoughts and back and forth decision making.. I finally decided to purchase the Balance Phone Pro. And my god did It change my life! Noticed pretty quickly that my subconscious need to use my phone/social media quickly dwindled! I'm starting to heal, regain focus and discipline due to lack of distractions on Balance OS etc. I'm glad that I bought the phone. The automatic filters for hindering you to access social media, stream/game sites, gamble sites etc is genius, and in todays society stuff like this is very much needed for the kids especially. To teach them to live again.

Only downside (for Swedish users) is that BankID is currently impossible to use with Balance OS, due to a technicality within Swedish Laws / BankID policy. Do bear that in mind before buying the phone if you're living in Sweden. However, Freja-E-ID works perfectly fine using on the Balance Phone! And as long as you're willing to consider combining using Balance OS, alongside a for an example, a computer or a "normal" phone that can access Bank-ID services if needed.. Then you as a person living in Sweden could absolutely get by with using Balance Phone Pro as your primary phone! From my experience, it's doable.

Hopefully the Bank-ID issue resolves in the future, and this of course is only an issue if you're living in Sweden. I would still absolutely recommend using the Balance Phone Pro, if you need to or desire true change! And you can still access apps like Spotify, Soundcloud, audio book apps, workout and meditation/self healing apps etc.
