1. Introduction
Welcome to Balance Phone. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our products and services, including the Balance Phone device and the Balance OS subscription service. By purchasing and using Balance Phone, you agree to these terms.
Balance Phone is a Samsung device with Balance OS pre-installed irreversibly through Samsung Knox. It is designed for children (managed by parents) and digital minimalists, allowing users to explore technology in a controlled environment without exposure to inappropriate or addictive content.
2. Purchase, Licensing & Usage
2.1 Balance Phone (One-Time Purchase)
- Customers purchase Balance Phone as a one-time payment, receiving a Samsung device with Balance OS pre-installed.
- Ownership of the hardware and software is granted until the device is no longer in use.
2.2 Balance OS Subscription (Bring Your Own Device)
- Customers may opt for a subscription-based service where they bring their own Samsung device.
- Balance OS is enrolled remotely via Samsung Knox, ensuring the same restrictions and protections as the pre-installed version.
- The subscription remains active as long as payments are made.
2.3 User Restrictions
- Users cannot modify Balance OS in any way that affects its functionality or service.
- Users cannot attempt to bypass, remove, or hack the restrictions implemented in Balance OS.
- Users are not required to create an account but must allow the necessary permissions for proper operation.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must not tamper with, hack, or attempt to disable Balance OS features.
- Users must not remove required permissions necessary for Balance OS to function properly.
- Users acknowledge that violating these conditions may lead to service suspension or termination.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
- The refund process and eligibility will be managed by Balance Phone’s customer support.
- Balance OS subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for prior payments.
5. Warranty & Support
Balance Phone offers a warranty policy that outlines support for both hardware and software issues:
- Balance OS software issues are handled directly by Balance Phone.
- Samsung/Android-related software issues must be handled by Samsung.
- Hardware issues are covered by Samsung, with Balance Phone managing the warranty process.

6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Balance Phone is not responsible if a user bypasses restrictions and gains access to inappropriate or addictive content. While our technology aims to prevent this, we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness.
- Balance Phone is not liable for data loss, service disruptions, or compatibility issues with third-party applications.
- Users accept that software updates may be automatically applied to maintain security and functionality.
7. Updates & Changes
- Balance Phone reserves the right to update Balance OS remotely to improve security, functionality, and user experience.
- We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or in-app notifications if there are significant changes.
- Continued use of Balance Phone after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
