This document describes the terms of service that apply to the Balance Phone app.


By accessing the Balance Phone app, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Balance Phone app.


You agree that Balance Phone app may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) as described in our Privacy Policy. The Balance Phone may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. The Privacy Policy must be specifically accepted by you as it is described in its own document.


Except as represented in this agreement, all work product by the Owner is provided “as is”. The Balance Phone makes no warranties, unless specifically expressed, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Balance Phone does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials in the application or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this application.


The Balance Phone has not reviewed all the sites linked to via its mobile application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.


The Balance Phone app may display content from 3rd party sources (including but not limited to text, images, audio and video). The Balance Phone is in no way responsible for the suitability, age-appropriateness or otherwise of any such content. Use of any such content is entirely at the user's own risk.


The Balance Phone app reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any external service at any time without liability to you, to the extent not prohibited by law.


In no event shall the Balance Phone or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the application, even if the Balance Phone has been notified of the possibility of such damage. This clause may only be limited by specific agreement of the parties or by the mandatory previsions of the applicable laws, as some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages.

The Balance Phone does not warrant that any of the materials in its products are accurate, complete, or current. Therefore, the Balance Phone does not make any commitment to update the materials, however the Balance Phone may make changes to its products at any time without notice.


3. Refund policy:


For the subscription/purchase plans, we offer a free trial period. Its conditions can be viewed in its purchase screen. The length of this trial period can be viewed on the purchase screen after installing the app. For users who opt for the subscription/purchase option, we provide a limited-time refund policy.


The specific duration within which refunds can be requested for lifetime purchases is clearly indicated on the purchase screen within the app. We encourage users to familiarize themselves with these terms to fully understand the flexibility and options available in our refund policy.


Only for information purposes, and subject to the conditions agreed upon contracting, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase.

The Balance Phone does not collect your credit card information when you purchase through the Play Store, so we are unable to provide refunds. If you feel as though you need a refund, please contact the Play Store directly to request one.

Permission is granted to use the Balance Phone app. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:


• modify or copy the materials;

You agree that Balance Phone app may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) as described in our Privacy Policy. The Balance Phone may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. The Privacy Policy must be specifically accepted by you as it is described in its own document.


Except as represented in this agreement, all work product by the Owner is provided “as is”. The Balance Phone makes no warranties, unless specifically expressed, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Balance Phone does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials in the application or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this application.


The Balance Phone has not reviewed all the sites linked to via its mobile application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.


The Balance Phone app may display content from 3rd party sources (including but not limited to text, images, audio and video). The Balance Phone is in no way responsible for the suitability, age-appropriateness or otherwise of any such content. Use of any such content is entirely at the user's own risk.


The Balance Phone app reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any external service at any time without liability to you, to the extent not prohibited by law.


In no event shall the Balance Phone or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the application, even if the Balance Phone has been notified of the possibility of such damage. The Balance Phone does not warrant that any of the materials in its products are accurate, complete, or current. Therefore, the Balance Phone does not make any commitment to update the materials, however the Balance Phone may make changes to its products at any time without notice.


3. Refund policy:


For the subscription/purchase plans, we offer a free trial period. Its conditions can be viewed in its purchase screen. The length of this trial period can be viewed on the purchase screen after installing the app. For users who opt for the subscription/purchase option, we provide a limited-time refund policy.


The specific duration within which refunds can be requested for lifetime purchases is clearly indicated on the purchase screen within the app. We encourage users to familiarize themselves with these terms to fully understand the flexibility and options available in our refund policy.


Only for information purposes, and subject to the conditions agreed upon contracting, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase.
